HKCIES is under the direction of Mr. Wayne Chan, who also serves as Associate Director of the company’s collaborative partner Harris Fraser Group. With over ten years of experience in financial investment, Mr. Chan currently oversees a portfolio worth more than HK$10 million, is a registered Investment Advisor with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and is a member of the Professional Insurance Brokers Association.
Working in hand-in-hand with Harris Fraser Group, HKCIES can design diversified investment portfolios tailored to each CIES Scheme applicant which not only meet all Scheme requirements but also offer profitable long-term returns. For the duration of the seven-year application process, we will report your portfolio’s status to the Immigration Department on your behalf.
Scheme Applicants choosing financial products offered by Harris Fraser will have their Scheme application service fee waived by HKCIES, in addition to the complimentary renewal of visas and filing of annual reports to the Immigration Department as per Scheme regulations.
